A problem with a fit report
If a published fit report is inaccurate or shouldn't be there, say which brand and size and what's wrong with it. We moderate by hand and will pull anything we can't stand behind.
Press and the 2027 report
Journalists and researchers: say what you're working on and your deadline. The report and its raw data are free to cite, and we'd rather answer a question than be quoted wrong.
What we can't help with
We don't sell dresses, take orders, or handle returns — we're not a shop and have no relationship with any retailer. If you need help with an order, the seller you bought from is the only one who can act on it.
We also don't give individual sizing advice by email. If you're stuck between sizes, the fit finder and the fit and sizing section are where we put everything we know, and they're better than an off-the-cuff answer from us.
